Who is responsible?

What data do we collect, and why?

If you fill in the form on this site, we receive your name, email address and company name. The language of the page and the time of the request are sent along too. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

We only use this data to get in touch with you about a demo or your question. The legal basis is your consent (the box you tick on the form) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Cookies and analytics

This site itself uses no cookies and no analytics. Fonts, images and all other files come from our own site; we don't load anything from other parties. The only exception is the demo video, see below.

Netlify may keep technical log files for a short time, such as your IP address. This is needed to keep the site secure and available.

Video from YouTube

The demo video is hosted on YouTube. It only loads when you click the play button yourself. Until then, your browser makes no connection to YouTube or Google.

After you click, the video is loaded through YouTube's youtube-nocookie.com domain (Google). Data may then be shared with Google, such as your IP address and information about your device and browser. Google may also set or read cookies or similar technologies. We have no influence on what Google does with this data. Please see Google's privacy policy for details.

If you'd rather not, simply don't click the video.

Who receives your data?

This site is hosted by Netlify. What you enter in the form arrives via Netlify and is forwarded to our business email system (Microsoft 365). Netlify also keeps the submission in its own management environment.

Netlify and Google (for the video) are US companies. As a result, your data may be processed outside the European Union.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it with others for marketing.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for a maximum of 5 years after our last contact. After that, we delete it from our email system and from Netlify. Would you like us to delete it sooner? Email us at info@anmato.eu.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct or delete it. You can also ask us to restrict the processing, object to it or have your data transferred. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email us at info@anmato.eu and we'll reply within a month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
